What is the most concealable holster that is also user friendly for a Glock 23?

I do have my concealed carry license. Carrying it visible for guests and employees to see at work is not an option. I work around people all day and am always on the go. I have to have something that does a good job of concealment, especially under light clothing. (slacks and a dress shirt or golf shirt) I seldom wear jackets unless it’s during the winter. I don’t want to scare my employees or customers. However, i don’t want to sacrafice anything when it comes to drawing my weapon should I have to use it. I had a gun stuck in my face a few months ago while being robbed at my hotel. I got the Glock 23 for protection for myself and my fiance while we are in my apartment here on-site and travelling. However, I would feel much better having it on me when working after dark in Oakland.

Remember that the holster needs to conceal the weapon based on the clothing you are wearing. You also want to be able to get to the weapon fast, so an ankle holster is not a good option.
