what type of job could my boyfriend get in a small town?

Ok um i am 14 and i have a boyfriend that is 14 i bought him a phone as a gift but, his parents cant afford a prepaid card for him.He cant really do yard work cause it is in the middle of winter! and i want to still be able to see him he has golf practice on friday and we normally hang out after school sometimes and on the weekends what could he do because he asked me to help him look for a job which is fine but, i dont even know how to help look for a job in a small town like this and he just needs enough money to buy phone cards for his phone and we have a bar in our town and one convinent store but he is too young to work at either of those and he has no car and no permit so what do i do i want to help but, again i dont know how and he needs a job badly and fast!
