Back Pains?
I have a job at a golf course i clean all the golf balls from the range and I have gotten a really bad back pain I am wondering what should I do, I was layed off the winter so I get 3-6 months break but what can I do to make my back “stronger” and to make it feel better right now I am just laying on a heating pad for 15 minutes a day.
It is in the middle of my back.
