Does the bible really contain an instruction to not put up Christmas trees?
No. There is a reference in Jeremiah to cutting down a tree and carving it into an idol. The author of Jeremiah didn’t know what a Christmas tree was.
Besides, Christmas trees aren’t Christian. They’re secular.
