Is Nick Price the classiest golfer?

Nick isn’t playing the Pga Tour anymore, but I watched him play the Senior Pga today. This guy is phenomenal. Just pure class. Even after a bad swing on a Par-3, he compliments his playing partners’ shots.

He thanks marshals and volunteers, doesn’t throw clubs, doesn’t throw foul-mouthed fits, doesn’t drag sand out of a bunker onto the tree, doesn’t walk off the green when his playing partner is Putting. . . never spits into a hole!

There are so many no etiquette jerks like Tiger, Sergio, Sabbatini, Wie. Even a no-namer like Arron Oberholser walks off the green when his playing partner has yet to hole out (playing with Vijay at Wachovia). More PGA pros should start acting like professionals and learn from Nick Price.

Does anyone know of a tour pro today with more class and better etiquette than Nick? I don’t.
Typo: I meant to write, “doesn’t drag sand from the bunker onto the green”.

Great question, thanks for asking something unique! I agree with you and the above answer. Some others that come to mind are Mike Weir, Ben Curtis, Zach Johnson and let’s not forget Gary Player, possibly the the finest gentleman and ambassador the game has ever seen.
