Our one concern was that all the technology and forgiveness, and the effective and impressive sweet spot, require space and the clubhead does look quite large. If you are looking for confidence on the tee then that is unlikely to be a problem and it certainly doesn’t harm the performance of what is a very impressive driver.
Callaway have a reputation for making excellent woods and it’s a real pleasure to find that the Callaway Diablo Edge driver has all the usual hallmarks of excellent sound and feel.
Callaway promised extreme forgiveness and they have certainly delivered, this is a club that will boost your confidence every time you step on to the tee. Better players will probably been keen to investigate the Diablo Edge Tour version because it offers more control and the effortless high ball flight of the standard version is likely to appeal more to the higher handicappers looking for some help off the tee.
