do i have a shot at being accepted to nyu, ud,villanova, bc or ursinus?
i have a 3.4 gpa, and would like to major in business. I have done 50 hours of community service and am currently involved in 2 active clubs. in 9th grade i had a 3.4 gpa and this year i have a 3.4 gpa again.Ive played on my school basketball , soccer and golf team. Also i have a part time job. i was accepted to a lead america conference this summer, which im going to. Another thing is that this summer i’m going to begin studying fo r the SATs which ill take next yr. I am also currently in a private school.
you have a good chance, but you’re not definitely in. Your extracurriculars are great, but your gpa isnt fantastic. I dont know about all the schools, but the average gpa of accepted students at Villanova is a 3.7, and i’d imagine the other ones are higher. If you can work really hard the rest of this year and next, you’ll have an extremely good chance of getting into one of these colleges.
